MECHANICAL RICE COOKER

KOREAN ORIGINAL

One Lever. Perfect Rice.

The Korean Original Rice Cooker by Haatz keeps the classic mechanical design that Korean homes have trusted for generations. No screens, no menus. Add rice and water, press the lever down, and the cooker moves from Cook to Warm when the rice is done.

A Heavy Ceramic-Glazed Inner Pot

The inner pot does most of the work. It weighs 800 g in the 1.2 L model and 1.1 kg in the 1.8 L model, finished in a ceramic glaze free of PFOA and PTFE. The heavy wall holds heat steadily, the surface resists scratches, and cooked rice lifts off cleanly.

Small Details, Easier Days

A lid release button sits inside the carry handle, so the cooker opens with one hand. Cook and Warm lights show the status at a glance, and a side collector catches condensation before it reaches the counter.

Arc Heating Plate, Even Heat

Instead of a flat plate, the heating plate is curved to hug the base of the pot: 300 g in the HRC12 and 400 g in the HRC18. Heat wraps around the rice rather than rising from a single point, so the grains cook evenly from the edge to the center.

Two Sizes, One Original

HRC12 holds 1.2 L at 500 W, sized for 2 to 4 people. HRC18 holds 1.8 L at 700 W, sized for 4 to 6 people. Both run on 220 V and share the same cream white PP body, the same heavy pot and the same one-lever operation.
